If you do not hear from us within a couple days, please email us directly at stina.larson@gmail.com or skip sending an inquiry via PetFinder and email us directly.**

Meet Freddie!

Freddie was rescued from a large cat colony and brought into foster care, where he has finally been able to experience what it feels like to be safe, cared for, and comfortable. With his classic tabby coat, short little squiggly tail, and soulful expression, Freddie has a unique look that perfectly matches his sweet personality.

Around 3 years old, Freddie is a quiet and easygoing boy. He enjoys finding cozy spots where he can observe the other cats in the house and take in the world at his own pace. One of his favorite pastimes is perching by a window, watching the world go by. Since coming into foster care, Freddie has been growing braver each day — becoming more curious, exploring a little more, and learning that good things come with time and patience.

Freddie is a gentle, affectionate boy who will thrive with a family willing to give him the love and understanding he needs to continue building confidence. He doesn’t ask for much — just a calm environment, kind humans, and the space to settle in at his own speed.

He has been fostered with dogs and would do fine in a home with a calm, cat-friendly pup. Freddie would be happiest in a quieter home with older, cat-savvy children who understand how to be gentle and respect a cat’s boundaries.

This sweet boy is ready to find a home to call his own — a place where he can feel safe, cherished, and loved for the wonderful cat he is. If you’re looking for a mellow companion with a big heart, Freddie may be the perfect fit.

Freddie is around 3 years old. He has been neutered and vaccinated. He is litter box trained.

His adoption fee is $80.

We are located in the Columbia Gorge area in OR/WA (this is where the kittens are fostered), but we are able to transport to those locations where we advertise (i.e. Seattle and Portland area). There isn't an additional fee for transport, but any additional donation to help support what our little group does is appreciated.

When responding to this ad, please provide a phone number where you can be reached. Having an alternate means to contact people is helpful, since our email can end up in SPAM. Please also provide some information on your home. For example: Do you have small children? How many? Is your home life quiet or busy? Do you live in a rural or urban area? Do you have any other pets? What else should we know?

All of the kittens at Pawsitivity are fostered in homes where they are cared for and socialized. We don't keep kittens in cages (except maybe at bedtime). Our foster parents are able to learn each of their personalities this way and determine the best home for them. We also make sure all kittens are healthy before placing them in their forever home.

For additional information on our group and what we do, please check out our website: www.pawsitivity.info

Pawsitivity's Adoption Policy
Adopter understands that kittens/cats available for adoption have been rescued from a variety of situations, including neglect/abuse, as such could be subject to health or behavioral problems not known at this time. Adopter agrees and accepts the kitten/cat with this understanding. The kittens/cats are healthy and up to date on all vaccines and medical treatments which were necessary for the health of the kitten/cat. Rescuer/foster makes no further guarantees or warranties of any kind for health of the kitten/cat and that the adopter assumes all risks at/from the time of initial possession and following. Adopter understands full responsibility for the health and welfare of the adopted kitten/cat for the duration of the natural life. The responsibility includes all costs for veterinary and health needs, housing and shelter, food and any other expenses related to care and welfare. Adopter agrees to contact a veterinarian to follow up vaccines, if needed. Adopter understands that declawing cats is a cruel procedure and will not do that to the adopted kitten/cat. Adopter agrees to pay the adoption fee/donation. We do not have an adoption application, but we do want to speak to the potential adopter and ask a few questions in order to make sure we find the right fit for our cats/kittens.
