Fred Weasley's Story

You can apply for Fred Weasley at www.ladyluckanimalrescue.org under the “Adopt/Foster” Tab
Fred Weasley is a domestic shorthair orange and white male kitten, born approximately March 2, 2026. Fred and his 2 siblings were found outside by a trapper who had TNR’d the mom and dad and asked us to bring the kittens into the rescue. Fred is the biggest of his siblings—and he certainly eats like it! When mealtime rolls around, he's the first one at the food bowl and, if given the opportunity, might just wander off to see if there's a second breakfast waiting somewhere else. This energetic orange boy is always on the move. Whether he's climbing to the highest spot he can find, chasing toys, or finding new ways to entertain himself, Fred is ready to play from sunup to sundown (he is a kitten after all). And like any true orange cat, he has his fair share of hilarious moments, from running sideways across the room to bravely attempting to ambush doorknobs... even though they're still just a little out of reach. While Fred is full of energy, he has a softer side, too. When his loud purrs start rumbling and the head butts begin, it's his way of asking for kisses, pets, and all the affection you'll happily give him. Fred has been wonderfully socialized with a 10-year-old cat and a 55-pound dog, making him a confident little guy who's comfortable around other pets. And if his playful personality doesn't steal your heart first, his adorable white 'socks' — bright white paws on his orange body — certainly will.
Fred Weasley is neutered, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested negative, fecal tested negative, dewormed, and has age-appropriate vaccinations. He is litter box trained.
Fred Weasley is located at the Good Luck Cat Cafe (901 Progresso Drive, #202, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304).
