Fred's Story

Fred came into Forever Home Animal Rescue, due to no fault of his own.

He was surrendered by the prior honor due to his owner stating he hasn’t been eating for weeks. Well., Fred’s lab work was all normal and he ate immediately for us and has continued to have a great appetite. Fred was placed on rabies 10 day quarantine due to biting on our employees after his exam. Since then, Fred has made it through 10 days with no other bite history and sex attention when someone is in his space.

Fred is morbidly obese, and we are working to help him lose weight and feel better, so his quality of life improves.
If
you or anyone has any interest in meeting Fred please reach out to us and we will coordinate a day and time that will work with your schedule to meet Fred.

Oh and Fred has no front claws....
