He was so tiny but had a pretty loud voice and attracted attention. It was touch and go for the first few days then he perked up and his purr kicked on. He is a totally loving sweet boy. He remains in foster care looking for a forever home. Franklin will do well in a single pet home or as a part of a multi pet one. He is a chatter box.Adoption Fee $50

Please fill out an adoption application on our website. https://www.okfflas.org/info/adoption We do not ship our pets, they must be picked up in Oklahoma. Approved applicants may make appointments to meet the animal or can visit us at an adoption event. Completing the adoption application is not a commitment to adopt. You will be asked to complete an Adoption Contract after the adoption process (references, visitations, meeting with selected animal, etc) is completed
