He came to us looking a little rough around the edges, and we believe he had been shot before arriving here, but despite everything he’s been through, Frank is nothing but love.<br/><br/>This boy is an absolute attention addict. He’ll reach right through his cage just to grab your hand and ask for more pets, and once you start loving on him, the biscuits begin immediately. Frank takes his biscuit-making very seriously.<br/><br/>He doesn’t seem to mind other cats and could be tested further if needed. He would also need a dog test for any potential canine siblings.<br/><br/>Frank is neutered, FELV/FIV negative, microchipped, child friendly, and ready for a forever home where he’ll never have to wonder if he’s safe and loved again. 💕
