Fabulous Frank showed up on a porch in the dark of night, because he knew it was time to be an indoor kitty. He is the friendliest little guy, and he decided to let himself into the house. His foster family instantly fell in love with him, and he has been an energetic love bug ever since. Frank really has two goals in life: to play and then cuddle! He checks every cat lover’s boxes!
