Meet Fran!<br/><br/>Fran came to us from quite a challenging situation for her. <br/><br/>Fran has a big personality! She likes to be a cat and rule the roost. Rubbing her face all over is one of her favorite pastimes when she is happy. <br/><br/>Fran is looking for a home that will let her be herself! She is quite an independent cat at times but sometimes she seeks out comfort and can be a little sweetie. <br/><br/>Please follow these steps if interested in adoption!<br/><br/>1.
