When playtime is over, Samba is ready to snuggle in your lap, soak up head kisses, and simply be wherever his people are, even if he's taking a break while Foxtrot keeps playing.<br/><br/>Foxtrot is a beautiful gray girl with a touch of white on her chest and belly, subtle stripes on her tail, and an adorable, white-tipped tail. She's smart, loving, and full of playful mischief. One of her favorite games is stealing a toy, running around proudly with it in her mouth, and making sure Samba has to chase her to get it back. She also loves being held, receiving head kisses, and hearing how beautiful and kind she is.<br/><br/>Together, Samba and Foxtrot are endlessly entertaining. They groom each other, share their litter box without a fuss, and fill their days with games and cuddles. They get along well with the resident cats in their foster home. Samba is comfortable with visits from the neighbor's dog, while Foxtrot is taking her time and gaining confidence. Because their mother was an outdoor cat who is FIV positive, these results may reflect their mother's antibodies rather than a true FIV infection. Their adopter should be prepared for the possibility that they may ultimately test either positive or negative and be committed to having them retested at 6 months of age to determine their final FIV status. Even if they are FIV positive, cats with FIV can live long, healthy, and normal lives! Because FIV is primarily spread through deep bite wounds, FIV-positive and FIV-negative cats can safely live together in stable, friendly homes.
