Meet Forest!<br/><br/>Forest is a sweet, loving, charming 5-year-old cat who is truly a perfect gentleman. He was comfortable in his foster home from the very beginning and quickly made himself at home, choosing the end of the bed as his favorite sleeping spot.<br/>Forest is a very affectionate boy. The minute he sees you, he starts purring—and he keeps right on purring for the entire time you’re interacting with him. He loves to be petted and enjoys plenty of attention. If he’s looking for a belly rub, he’ll let you know with a little meow! He also loves sitting on your lap and settling in for a nice nap.<br/>Forest has wonderful house manners. He has shown no inclination to nip or scratch, and he has not clawed any of the furniture. He always uses his litter box and has been an easy and pleasant cat to have around. He enjoys looking out the windows and watching what’s going on outside, but has never made any attempt to get out of the house.<br/>Forest has been friendly with a quiet, 10-year-old Cocker Spaniel and seems comfortable around a calm dog. However, he would likely be intimidated by a noisy, busy household or a rambunctious dog who wants to chase him. A quiet adult household would be an ideal fit for Forest, where he can feel safe and relaxed and get all the love and attention he enjoys.<br/>Forest is an easygoing, affectionate companion who would love to spend his days being petted, purring beside his person, lounging on a lap, and napping in his favorite spots.
