Fluff's Story

Fluff and Cherry are a bonded pair and must be adopted together.

Hello, I'm Fluff.
Before we become friends, I need a moment to assess the situation. You see, I'm a thoughtful kitten. While some cats charge into new adventures without a second thought, I prefer to gather data. Is that new person friendly? Is that toy worth chasing? Is that spot on the couch comfortable? Once I've completed my investigation, I'm usually ready to join in.
My foster family says you can practically see me thinking! My sister Cherry certainly seems to trust my judgment. She often waits for me to check things out first before deciding whether they're worthy of her attention or, more importantly, her naps.
Once I feel comfortable, I'm a sweet, affectionate girl who loves petting, brushing, being picked up, and curling up on laps. I just prefer to make the first move. If you let me come to you, you'll quickly discover that I'm curious, friendly, and eager to be part of your day.
When I'm not conducting important investigations, you'll usually find me playing with my favorite ball tower, spending time with Cherry, or keeping a watchful eye on household activities.
My sister Cherry and I make a great team. I help her feel confident about new things, and she reminds me that sometimes the best use of a sunny afternoon is a really good nap.
I would love a patient home that understands that trust is something special. Give me a little time, avoid sudden movements or reaching down from above, and you'll gain a loyal companion who chooses to be with you because she genuinely wants to.
