She is a sweet, friendly, and social gal who would do well in just about any home with children of all ages. She likes to be petted and to receive a good chin scratch. Florrie may enjoy having a feline friend, but she wouldn’t be a fan of living with a dog. Prospective adopters can meet Florrie at the shelter T-F 12-3 or Sat 12-6!

Franklin Township Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
Adoption fee for dogs, cats, kittens, and rabbits is $80 per animal. Cats, dogs, rabbits and kittens are spayed/neutered. Cats, dogs, and kittens are microchipped, and up-to-date on all age-appropriate shots prior to adoption. Cats have also been tested for feline leukemia and FIV and dogs have been tested for heartworm. An adoption application may be found at the link below. Applications can be faxed to the Animal Shelter at 732-873-8902 or e-mailed to Brian.Hartman@FranklinNJ.Gov. Applications may also be dropped off in person during our open hours Tuesday-Friday 12pm-3pm Saturday 12-6pm.
