Fire's Story

Meet Fire, an adorable 4-month-old, 3 pound male domestic shorthair hair kitten.

Fire and his siblings, Earth and Wind are affectionate and social kittens who love to play and be around their people. Fire loves to jump at string toys, chase balls, and wrestle with his siblings. Then he'll fall asleep, cuddled against a warm lap purring like a freight train.

Fire gets along wonderfully with other cats and dogs and is fully litter box trained. Because of his playful kitten nature, he will require another active and playful cat in the house-either a cat already in the home or one of his delightful litter mates. It's so much fun to see him romp and play with another kitten!

If Fire sounds like the perfect kitten to join your family, apply today! Fire is fostered in the Cincinnati area. His adoption fee is $75.00.

Kittens are only adopted in pairs or to homes with other friendly, social pets. They are very social by nature and need to be with other pets for their socialization.

The adoption fee for one kitten is $75.00; to adopt a pair of kittens, the combined adoption fee is $110.00.

To adopt this pet, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt

All of our cats come spayed or neutered, up to date on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, up to date on flea and tick preventative, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. All adults are combo tested; for some litters of kittens who have not been exposed to other cats, only one kitten in the litter may be tested. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services and helps us continue rescuing animals.

For more information on the adoption fees and the adoption process, please complete our adoption application here: https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt - an application allows us to get to know your family better so we can assess whether the animal you are interested in is a good match for your home. If your application is considered a good fit for the pet you are interested in, or even a different pet, a volunteer will give you a call as soon as possible.

We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week.
