Fiona's Story
Dear Diary,

Let us address something immediately.

Some cats enjoy snuggling with other cats.

I do not.

I am Fiona, a short-haired grey tabby with impeccable standards, strong opinions, and an extremely refined emotional support system: people. People are soft. People provide snacks. People respect boundaries. Other cats… breathe directly into my personal space and expect me to be okay with it.

I am not

I tolerate them. I coexist. I maintain my composure.

But cuddling? Absolutely not. I clutch my pearls. I file a complaint. I dramatically exit the situation.

Now, playtime? That is a different story.

I barrel into play like I’ve got places to be and chaos to create. I chase. I pounce. I launch myself across rooms with dramatic flair. I bring energy. I bring commitment. I bring main character intensity. But when the zoomies are complete, I expect my relaxation to be solo and uninterrupted.

Humans, however, are exceptional creatures.

I enjoy supervising them, following them, correcting their schedules, and reminding them that food should be happening more frequently than they think. I am especially passionate about hard kibble, which I believe is the superior food source. (Hard kibble. Hard opinions.)

Canned food?

We’ll discuss it.

I will be polite.

You will be wrong.

Dogs? I’ve met them. I did not scream. I did not panic. I observed calmly, judged quietly, and decided I could tolerate their existence under proper supervision.

Other cats?

We can be roommates.

We cannot be lovers.

I am affectionate, playful, sassy, confident, and deeply committed to being adored in a way that aligns with my emotional needs and personal boundaries.

In summary:

I am elegant.

I am opinionated.

I am not for nonsense.

I am Fiona.

Signed,

Fiona, Esq.
(Hard kibble enthusiast.
