But he will thrive in a calm, quiet home with a patient person (or two!) who is happy to let him set the pace. He doesn't need grand gestures—just someone who appreciates a quiet companion and is willing to stay by his side while he finds his footing. He may hide, as he has been in so many new places, and he may try and fight another resident cat if you do not do a very SLOW intro- this is a very scary journey going from home to foster to rescue to home- please be patient with him and you will have a purr fect partner for life<br/><br/>Our adoption fee is $175<br/><br/>If you are interested in adopting, please complete the Cat Interest Form on AZRAIN.ORG and, if you are selected as a prospective adopter, we will contact you to set up a meet and greet. R.A.I.N. Rescue, an all volunteer non-kill shelter is looking for responsible and dependable Foster Volunteers for cats and dogs of all ages and personalities! These are the steps to becoming a Volunteer: 1. Initiate Contact via email or in person 2. Complete Application 3. You will be contacted to meet up if you are chosen with an Adoption Coordinator.
