Fern (Ostara's Kitten) (Neutered) (Photos May-June 2026)

Fern is an adorable male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on April 22, 2026 along with his five siblings (Bee, Bud, Haruki, Moss and Pollen) and his mother (Ostara). This little family was found on Francis Road in the Lowell Ohio area where momma Ostara was doing her best to take care of her babies who were just 4-weeks old at that time.<br/><br/>Fern has a gray short-haired coat, a long gray tail, and a beautiful face with golden eyes, a gray velvet nose, and long gray whiskers.<br/><br/>This little playboy was given vaccinations and Pyrantel wormer on April 29, 2026. Fern was given booster vaccines on May 19th and June 3rd 2026. <br/><br/>Fern has a lovable, playful kitten personality and dearly loves his brothers/sisters with whom he is sharing a triple cage in The Jungle Room. Fern is good with other cats and also with children.<br/><br/>Fern was neutered on June 8, 2026 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 3 lbs that day. <br/><br/>Fern is ready to find a fabulous home where he will be loved, pampered, and spoiled like a rock star (smile). This young man would also be happy if he had another young cat/kitten to join him in some playful antics and mischief. <br/><br/>Update: Fern was adopted on June 16, 2026.
