She is litter box trained, microchipped, dewormed, and up to date on her age-appropriate vaccines.<br/><br/>Fern and her littermates have come a long way since arriving in rescue, but shes still learning that people can be trusted. If youve heard the saying hisses get kisses, Fern fits the bill perfectly. She will be a little spicy when shes unsure, but with patience, kindness, and consistency, shes making wonderful progress every day.<br/><br/>One thing that helps bring Fern out of her shell is playtime! Wand toys and interactive games help build her confidence while creating positive experiences with people. Its been so rewarding to watch her curiosity slowly outweigh her fear.<br/><br/>Because shes still gaining confidence, Fern must be adopted with one of her littermates or into a home with a confident, friendly feline who can help show her that the world isnt so scary.
