Ferb's Story
Ferb is a 2 month old, Domestic Short Hair. In June 2026, she was brought to the shelter after being found as a stray. Ferb will be spayed and microchipped once she is old enough. For now, though, she is updated on her age appropriate vaccinations, flea treated, dewormed, and FIV tested negative.

This little girl with her rough start in life is still getting used to human attention, and so is looking for a family that won't mind giving her some extra time and patience to learn to trust them. We are confident that once she settles in she will bloom into the playful, goofy kitten she was meant to be!

She is housetrained and seems to do well with most other cats.

If you are interested in adopting Ferb, please fill out an adoption application using our website (echumanesociety.org) and a member of staff will be in touch with you as soon as possible. You are also more than welcome to stop in anytime during our regular business hours and meet Ferb in person! Feel free to call the shelter at (814) 834-3247 if you have any questions.
