What is Marshall County Humane Society’s adoption process?

Adopting a friend is something that we take very seriously. We have an application process and require that you meet with a Humane Society representative. There is a nominal adoption fee based on the animal's needs and to cover any costs that may have been incurred on the animal's behalf. We do require that all animals be spayed/neutered before leaving our care. We are very interested in keeping our pets people friendly and in an environment that is as close to home as we can get. Because of this concept, we have daily human contact with our animals.
