Evie Larchwood's Story

Personality type:s
Project cat - Needs an experienced cat owner, plus a lot of patience and TLC.
A work in progress - You'll have to earn their trust, but it's worth it!

Evie Larchwood came to Project MEOW in a similar way that lots of our cats do - she and her sister were rescued from living outdoors and needed a safe place to land, and one of our amazing fosters welcomed her into their home. While her sister decided pretty quickly that living indoors with people was the cat's pajamas, Evie wasn't so sure. To be honest, she still isn't sure! Her fosters describe her as a "project cat" - it's going to take time, patience, and a lot of know-how to earn her trust, but we know that Evie's forever home is out there.

Evie gets along with the other friendly foster cats in the home and could use a feline friend or two to make her feel welcome. Her perfect adopter is someone experienced with socializing cats, who is patient and interested in slowly building a relationship with her, and understands that Evie may always like other cats more than she likes humans! That's ok, because at Project MEOW, we don't judge. We know that every cat makes their own rules, and we are just here to help them find a forever home that will abide by them!

Evie Larchwood is 2-3 years old and is spayed, FeLV and FIV negative, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

Adoption fee: $100 (plus tax)

To adopt, please fill out an application at: https://www.projectmeow.org/adopt/adoption-application/

For additional information, contact us at: adoptions@projectmeow.org

Project MEOW is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization and is dedicated to saving the lives of West Philadelphia's homeless, abandoned, and unwanted animals.

Thank you for looking to rescue a furbaby!
