Fostered in Cedar Grove, NJ <br/>---<br/>Evie, 2.5 months old, came to us from Newark after her mom had an accidental litter, and we got mom spayed through our low cost pet cat program. Unfortunately, her siblings were rehomed already and so we offered to take Evie to ensure she receives the proper care she deserves.<br/><br/>Evie is sweet, playful and a touch sassy. She needs an active household and lots of attention. She was previously living in a household with dogs and cats. <br/><br/>Evie is spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, FIV and FeLV negative and microchipped. <br/><br/>As a policy, we only adopt young kittens (4 months and younger) to households with another young cat or kitten, or small dogs that are cat friendly. We understand this can be disappointing to some, but single kitten syndrome is a real concern. Kittens adopted without a playmate are at a much higher risk of being returned later on in life (usually after 1 year) due to behavioral issues such as biting.
