Miss Evie Girl is a beautiful tiny brown tabby weighing just five pounds. She was rescued as a stray on New Year’s Eve, which is how this special girl got her name. She is just such a tiny peanut that she almost seems like a kitten. This little girl feels most comfortable in cozy, quiet spaces.<br/>Evie is incredibly sweet with both humans and other cats once she trusts them. She does startle easily and is more on the timid side, but once she feels safe, she loves being pet and has recently started coming over for cuddles. Evie would do best in a quieter home where she can relax and feel secure. She loves lounging on the bed and watching Cat TV.

Minnalousha May's Cat Hideaway (MMCH)'s Adoption Policy

We want to make sure the cat and the adopter have a smooth transition into their new life together. Adopters must be at least 18 years old and complete an adoption application. Adopters agree to provide proper care, nutrition, medical attention, and a safe environment. Cats can be returned to our rescue at any time if the adoption doesn’t work out, and we reserve the right to reclaim a cat if it is not receiving proper care. Adoption fees are $150 per cat. After your application is approved, we ask for a short video walkthrough (1–2 minutes) of your home so we can ensure it’s a safe environment for the cat. We are not judging cleanliness or décor, only safety for the cat.
