EV (electronic vehicle)'s Story
I’m Elizabeth, EV’s foster mom, and this boy has never met a stranger.

EV is the kind of cat who makes himself part of everything. He loves people, loves attention, and truly seems happiest when he’s right in the middle of whatever is going on.

One of my favorite things about him is that he asks for hugs. He’ll hop up onto the bathroom counter and wait expectantly until you pick him up and love on him. He’s incredibly affectionate and has never met a stranger.

EV is playful, energetic, and always entertaining. He loves toys, zooming around the house, and making friends with everyone he meets. He would do great in an active home with people who want a cat that’s involved in daily life instead of quietly watching from across the room.

He’s also hilariously unbothered by water. While most cats avoid it, EV likes splashing around in the cat fountain and playing with the water like it’s his personal toy.

EV was found by a little girl who thought he was a female kitten and named him “Evie.” By the time everyone realized he was actually a boy, the name had already kind of stuck, so it was shortened to EV just in time for his neuter appointment. Honestly, the name fits him perfectly because this boy is absolutely fully charged with personality.

He gets along great with other cats, does well with dogs, and would likely love a family with kids or playful pets to interact with. He’s social, confident, silly, affectionate, and always ready to be your buddy… or at least appear anytime you say “hey!” because he assumes you’re talking to him anyway.

EV is just one of those cats that brings a lot of fun and happiness into a home.

Born 7/4/2023

At Meowtown, we don’t have a traditional, physical shelter - all of our cats live in loving foster homes. That means they are already used to real home life, and we truly know their personalities, habits, and what makes them special. They are safe, socialized, and ready to be part of a family. They’re not waiting to become housecats… they already are. They just need a house.

If you are interested in me, please contact my rescue family at MeowtownAR@gmail.com to arrange a meeting with my foster home!
