Eugene's Story

Meet Eugene!

He's a shy orange tabby gentleman with his left back leg injured in an accident. It took him some time to come out of his shell after his traumatic injury, but even with 3 functioning legs, he's a playful, happy boy with the sweetest meow! His injured leg doesn't require any specific treatment and has healed on its own but extra love is always appreciated! He gets along with other cats and they chase each other, play together and groom each other all day long. He loves feather toys, and chasing toy snakes and he loves Greenies as treats! A family that can give him space to come out on his own terms, and have patience will be his ideal furrever family!

*We only adopt to homes within New Jersey and require that adopters live approximately within one hour of our two home bases in North Bergen or Florham Park. While travel time is a general guideline, applications may still be denied if the distance in miles is too far, even if technically within an hour, due to limitations in transport and post-adoption support.
