Say hello to Espresso. Sadly this petite lady has been with us 10 months and she keeps getting overlooked. Once a colony cat, she came to us nervous, but allowed pets from the first day. Unfortunately her time at the shelter has caused her to become a bit shut down, and although she may greet you with a hiss, Espresso will always accept food. She needs a very cat savvy and patient home with someone who is willing to spend the time necessary to help her gain confidence. Most important to her acclimation will be another cat friendly cat in the home to show Espresso that life as a house cat can be fun and rewarding. She will make a great companion cat, but please no dogs or small children. Adoption Fee is based on age:
· Kittens ( 8 weeks through 7 months): $150
· Cats (8 months through 7 years old): $100
· Senior Cats (Over 8 years old): $50
· Senior for Seniors (Seniors 65+ adopting over 7 years): $25

The adoption fee for adult cats includes the following: spay or neuter and procedure; Rabies vaccination; distemper vaccination, microchip; and combo test of FIV (feline AIDS) and FeLV (feline leukemia). Other medical care provided might include treatments for fleas, ear mites, dental work or infections or other medical conditions. Additional vaccinations and medical care (including kittens Rabies shots if adopted at under 12 weeks of age) will be the responsibility of the adopter.
