Meet Espresso! Our charming 1-year-old, 9 pound female. She’s a sweet, curious companion who loves to explore her surroundings, then curl up in a cozy spot to watch the world go by. Espresso has a gentle, affectionate nature and enjoys bonding with her humans, whether that’s through soft head bumps, quiet company, or playful bursts of energy. A youthful spirit, Espresso loves to be loved. She would make a great companion for anyone willing to give her the attention she deserves. An elegant mix of warmth, chaos, she'll make a loving home even brighter. <br/><br/>Walk-ins are available from Tuesday to Friday from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Saturday and Sundays have walk-in hours from noon to 4 PM. The best way to get in touch with us is by email: info@secondchancespca.org. Due to the volume of calls, only the most urgent calls will be returned. For information regarding the adoption process please visit our website or read the information below THANK YOU.<br/><br/>ADOPTION PROCESS: If you are interested in adopting from Second Chance<br/>SPCA, please come during open hours. Adopters will visit with an adoption counselor and complete a short application. Adopters must live within the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and be at least 21 years old. Renters must provide proof of pet deposit and/or written permission by landlord to have a pet.<br/><br/>ADOPTION FEES: Includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, fecal, and heartworm test (dogs) or FeLV/FIV test (cats). All cats and dogs are current on heartworm and flea preventative. $275 for puppies under 6 months of age and $225 for dogs older than 6 months. $175 for kittens under 6 months of age and $150 for cats older than 6 months.
