She can be shy and is still learning to fully trust people. Emerald often runs away when approached but she has been making progress. She is not a fan of busy adoption days. However, when it is quiet, she likes to be near the volunteers and enjoys tossing spring toys around. Emerald certainly has vibrant color evident in her dazzling eyes and soft coat. She is independent and doesn’t mind the company of the other feline residents.
