Elmo's Story

Hi there! I'm Elmo, and I'm ready to be your next feline superstar! Like the beloved character I'm named after, I'm all about spreading love and affection to the people who care for me. I'm a sweet, gentle boy who absolutely adores attention and cuddles – once I warm up to you, I'm your devoted companion. I came to the shelter with my best friend Dorothy, and we're a bonded pair, so we're looking for a home where we can stay together and continue our friendship while showering our new family with all the love we have to give. I do have a little something I need help with – I have a tendency to overgroom, so I'll need a cone to help me stay comfortable and keep my beautiful coat in great shape. But don't let that worry you! With patience, love, and the right care routine, I'm confident we'll work through this together. I'm a sensitive soul who appreciates a calm, understanding home where I can be my best self and receive all the affection my heart desires. If you're looking for an affectionate kitty who will love you unconditionally, then I'm your guy!<br/>How did we get here?
