Little man, Elmer is a shy baby who is slowly learning to trust the cat ladies and staff who work with him on a daily basis. He absolutely loves to have playtime with his new friends, Franklin and Linus in one of our fun cat play cages. He enjoys ear scratches and being held for short periods. With time, Elmer will become the love bug we know he is!<br/><br/>We are currently adopting out animals by appointment 1:00 P.M. through 4:00 P.M. with an approved application.
