Elliott's Story
Meet Elliott, a 3-year-old sensitive boy. Shelter life has been overwhelming for him, and while he may greet you with a low growl, it’s simply his way of saying he’s scared—not aggressive. With patience and understanding, Elliott begins to relax and show his softer side. He has already started to build trust with volunteers, especially when treats are involved (they’re the way to his heart!).

Elliott is looking for a calm, patient adopter who will give him the time and space he needs to settle in at his own pace. He would do best in a quiet home with someone who understands that his growls are just part of his communication and not something to fear. In his previous home, Elliott lived with another cat and may enjoy a feline companion again, though he could also thrive as your one and only.
Elliot's adoption fee is $225. Come meet him at the shelter Tuesday–Thursday and Saturday from 11am–4pm, or Friday by appointment.
