Elinor's Story

Elinor
F, 3 years

Meet Elinor, a former mama cat who is working on coming into her own after giving her all to her babies. We don't know what she went through earlier in life, but now is finally her time to relax and be pampered - she deserves it especially after raising her last litter of 5 kittens! Elinor isn't sure about this relaxed life quite yet, but she is gaining confidence and learning the ways daily. Recently she discovered toys are fun to play with! She will entertain you with her silly vocalizations - she regularly chirps/trills, and has hilarious wet-food-time meows. While a bit hesitant, Elinor does enjoy pets and chin scritches (she is not aggressive though - just uncertain). With time and patience, Elinor will blossom into her new kitten-free life.

Elinor is easygoing when meeting other cats - she would do best in a home where cat friend(s) can help bring out her best. If applicable, kids would be ideal and dogs who more so ignore her and respect her space.

Elinor is spayed, current on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. If interested in adding this sweet girl to your family, please fill out the adoption application on our website
