Eggs Benny

From the streets straight into our hearts! Eggs Benny is a 3 year old stray who has clearly lived a hard life before finding his way to us. He carries some past scars and an old leg injury, possibly from being hit by a car, but none of it has dimmed his soft-hearted spirit or his trust in people. From day one, Eggs Benny showed us he's a Loverboy through and through! He opened his heart to us right away and has been melting all of ours with his friendly, affectionate nature ever since. It feels like he's been waiting his whole life for gentle hands, kindness, and love to finally find him. <br/><br/>Eggs Benny isn't clingy and may not seek you out first, but he adores people and attention, and will happily soak up every pet, scritch, and moment of companionship you're willing to offer. In return, he gives his love right back with purrs, enthusiastic biscuits, and the sweetest little kisses. Now that he's safe and no longer has to be on high alert, Eggs Benny is a laidback boy who enjoys the slower side of life. You'll often find him sprawled out in the catio soaking up sunbeams, or curled up in a cozy cat tree, happily snoozing the day away. He would be happiest in a quiet, calm, cat-savvy home where his people have time to spend with him. A home with adults only would be preferred, though he may also do well with older, mature teenagers. So far, Eggs Benny seems comfortable around his shelter mates and could be okay sharing his space with another mellow, non-dominant cat buddy. He would also be fine flying solo as a single kitty. While we don't fully know his past medical history, aside from a previous leg injury that he manages well, Eggs Benny currently has no known health concerns and uses his litter box.<br/><br/>To learn more about Eggs Benny or to arrange a visit to the shelter, please reach out or fill out an application.
