ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS Effie is an approximately 8-week-old female kitten born here at the shelter on Easter alongside her siblings. Effie has never met a situation she didn't want to be involved in. Curious, playful, and always ready to investigate, she can often be found chasing toys, wrestling with her siblings, or inserting herself into whatever adventure is happening nearby. Effie has been spayed, microchipped, is current on age-appropriate vaccines, dewormed, started on flea/tick prevention, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV.
