Hi, I'm Effie! I'm a sweet and silly girl who loves a good mix of playtime and lounging around the house. One of my absolute favorite things is my mouse string toy. I can entertain myself with it for ages and honestly think I deserve a gold medal for my hunting skills.<br/><br/>I'm a very affectionate cat and love getting pets on my own terms. If I'm in the mood for attention, I'll come right up and headbutt your arm or leg to let you know. And if you scratch right above my tail, I do this funny little thing where I lick the air. My foster says it's adorable and pretty impossible not to laugh at.<br/><br/>I enjoy meeting new people and am usually curious and excited to make new friends. I'm not a fan of being picked up, though, and I would be happiest as the only pet in the home. Other animals tend to make me a little nervous, so I'm looking for a calm home where I can truly relax and be the queen of the castle.
