Tabby girl Eduarda is an active and playful kitten who currently resides at the Franklin Township Animal Shelter. She enjoys watching everyone and everything happening in the cat adoption room and doesn’t miss a trick! Eduarda is a sweet 8-10 month old kitten who enjoys interacting with people, but can be a bit nippy when showing affection. Giving her a toy such a kicker stick for grabbing and nipping will help her grow out of that behavior. A home with older children is recommended for this reason. Because she is young, she may adjust easily to a feline companion. Eduarda is waiting…please come and meet her!

Franklin Township Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
Adoption fee for dogs, cats, kittens, and rabbits is $80 per animal. Cats, dogs, rabbits and kittens are spayed/neutered. Cats, dogs, and kittens are microchipped, and up-to-date on all age-appropriate shots prior to adoption. Cats have also been tested for feline leukemia and FIV and dogs have been tested for heartworm. An adoption application may be found at the link below. Applications can be faxed to the Animal Shelter at 732-873-8902 or e-mailed to Brian.Hartman@FranklinNJ.Gov. Applications may also be dropped off in person during our open hours Tuesday-Friday 12pm-3pm Saturday 12-6pm.
