Eden's Story
Eden looks like a real life Tim Burton character.

Or The Cat from Coraline. Which was apparently NOT a Tim Burton film. (The more you know!)

Named after Sleep Token's 2023 album Take Me Back to Eden, Eden is somewhere between 2.5 and 3yo. While she was a fantastic momma to her kittens Sugar, Rain, and Granite, it's now hopefully HER turn to find her forever home!

Eden is not the kind of girl that yearns to be the center of attention. She does not aspire to be the main event. She's a quiet girl that minds her own business, stays in her lane, and has no time for drama or nonsense. While she's definitely more social now than she was when she first came to us, she isn't the kind of girl that will seek you out for attention or affection...but she will ALWAYS reciprocate if you go to her first. She's not a spirit cat by any means - she'll be out and about, she'll come say hello, and then she'll lounge in full view in whatever room you're in. She just won't be directly on top of you.

She does well with other cats and, again, minds her business and stays in her lane. She doesn't participate in any of the drama that can happen in community cat rooms. She doesn't stir the pot. She coexists peacefully with other felines so someone that can match that energy would be best. She also doesn't really mind dogs; she'll avoid them if they're too much for her, but has been fine for the most part. She can be pretty playful, especially when catnip is involved, so a regular supply of toys is required.

Some people will say that black cats are bad luck. Those people are annoying and shouldn't be listened to...or allowed to have opinions. The only downside of having a black cat is sometimes, if you don't have your glasses on, you'll end up talking to a crumpled up black t-shirt on the floor thinking it's your cat. Speaking from personal experience.

To apply, visit foreverpaws.com and click adopt to download our application. Once complete, you can email it to us at fpas1@foreverpaws.com.
