Echo's Story
Meet Echo - a beautiful 7 year old black cat with a gentle soul. His life hasn't been easy-he was separated from his first home when they had a baby, and it's believed he spent the next few years living with a kind elderly woman until she passed. After that, he was seen wandering the neighborhood, hoping someone would let him in. After I moved in, he started meowing at my door loudly, demanding to be let inside, and that's how he got his name. We later learned his first name was Thor (the family did not want him back).<br/><br/>Echo is shy at first, but once he feels safe he becomes incredibly loving. He adores head rubs, gentle attention, and churus. He's very clean, calm, and quiet-he's the perfect lap cat once you earn his trust.<br/><br/>He needs a peaceful, patient forever home. Echo has been through a lot, and he deserves nothing less than a lifetime of love and security.
