Ebony's Story

Ebony is a one year old female looking for her loving home. She has been vet checked, spayed and vaccinated. Ebony was found outdoors by a kind couple who took her in. They soon found out she was pregnant and she gave birth to two kittens. Even though she was an outside cat, she grew very fond of the husband and is beginning to be more social. <br/><br/>Ebony has been in foster care for a few months and is quickly becoming more trusting of people. She is still a bit shy with strangers but affectionate with people she knows. She enjoys playing with toys and has a good appetite. Her son has found a wonderful home and she still enjoys the company of her daughter, Henna, in her foster home. These two have always been together. Our process begins by filling out an adoption form. Once returned, it is followed up with a telephone interview by one of our members, going over responses if more clarification is needed. The application is then turned over to the appropriate committee. The applicant is called back within a week or less, with the decision.
