Theis perfect cat that loves everyone was dumped out int he country near a farm home...someone hoping that their sweet indoor cat (there is no way this boy has been outside before. He was scared, crying at the door of the home where he was dumped. When the homeowner saw him she went out to see him and he ran under the bushes crying. He was so scared. So she fed him (he stayed hidden for several days then finally started to feel safe (even though he was outdoors near a large road was a scary place for this very sweet boy. It wasn't long before he we heard about this poor boy. We helped the homeowner and set a trap and it wasn't long before this guy realized that this was his only chance to get out of this scary world he found himself in and he walked right into the trap. And he has been the perfect cat since. <br/><br/>According to his foster Mom he melted like a sweet little ball of sugar on the first day. He was so happy and so thankful to be inside again. He loves to be held and to get belly rubs and one of the sweetest cats we've ever met! He is vocal with little chirps (though not overly so). He LOVES to snuggle and is playful like a kitten. He is very easy going and lets his foster do whatever she wants (puts him into his room, etc. with no fuss at all.) He is even totally happy to head off to the vet! He is a great cat and would make a perfect friend for anyone that wants an easy loving cat because that is E.B. to the tee!<br/><br/>He does well with other cats and though he hasn't been around dogs we suspect with the proper introduction, this guy would be perfectly find with a cat-friendly dog. He does want to be with people all of the time so he would thrive in a home where people are home a lot. All pets are cared for in volunteer foster homes until they are adopted.<br/><br/>We require a home visit as part of the application process. We are only able to coordinate home visits where we have local volunteers.<br/><br/>All of the cats in our care and available for adoption have been rescued from shelters, the streets or from neglect or abuse situations. We do our best to determine the given breed or breeds of any cat or kitten in our program based on our experience and advice of professionals.
