Dutchess's Story
Dutchess has been through a lot over the years. She was a feral kitten that was TNR'd and then taken in by a kind person who socialized her and gave her a home. Sadly, that person passed away and again Dutchess found herself homeless, finally after a few months Dutchess found a new home with someone offering her a chance to warm up and get to have someone in her life she trusted again. For many years she lived happily until suddenly again Dutchess' human passed away, and she found herself terrified and alone in a large city shelter. Luckily she is microchipped and was traced back to our rescue. Scared and confused poor Dutchess was acting out because she was fearful and alone, plus most of her teeth were in very bad shape so she was also in pain. She had a dental and now her little tongue sticks out. Now at 9 and a half years old Dutchess is ready again to look for her forever home, where hopefully she will spend the rest of her life. If you are interested in this pretty girl and want to give her a home she will be at our adoption center on the weekends. She is good with other cats and she is littertrained.

To adopt Dutchess is $140.00 which includes her spay vaccinations, combo test for FIV/FeLV, microchip and collar.

This cat will be at our Sayreville adoption center adjoined to Sayrebrook Veterinary Hospital 1400 Main St. (GPS 989 Main St.) Sayreville, NJ 08872, open Saturday and Sunday 11am. to 3pm.
