Duke's Story

Duke is a handsome grey tabby with a big personality and an even bigger heart. This chatty little guy loves to tell you about his day and is always happy to answer back if you strike up a conversation.

Duke is curious by nature and enjoys exploring his surroundings, chasing toys, and finding hidey-holes. When he is ready to relax, he is all about the cuddles. A few gentle back scratches will have his purr motor running in no time, and once he trusts you, he will happily soak up all the love and attention you have to give.

Like many cats, Duke appreciates a little patience when faced with new people or unfamiliar situations. He may take a little time to settle in, but once he feels safe, his affectionate side shines through. He transforms into a true love bug who enjoys being close to his favorite people.

Duke has been fostered since age 7 weeks with kids, a small dog, and other cats so would do well in a variety of home situations. If you are looking for a sweet, playful companion who will reward your patience with endless purrs, entertaining conversations, and unconditional affection, Duke is ready to find his forever home. Could that be with you?

If you are interested in learning more about Duke, contact his foster, Lynn in Tigard at lynnw@meowvillage.org.

NOTE: Meow Village is an all foster-based rescue, so all questions and inquiries about the kitties should be directed to their foster families.
