She loves to have people play with her and wants lots of enrichment items to keep her challenged so she can continue to show off her uncanny ability to slide across hardwood floors like a professional baseball player stealing home plate. She loves toys of all kind, a good scratching post, and a cat tree is a must for her and is an active girl searching for a home where she can be free to be herself and doesn't like to compete for attention- so no other animals or kids for her.<br/><br/>If you'd like to give Duchess the perfect home she is searching for, please fill out a cat adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. You can meet Duchess at our weekly adoption event, Saturday 11:30am-1:30pm at PetSmart Eastgate. Our cats are fully vetted and require indoor-only homes. All other pets in the home must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. We will not send cats to homes where they will be declawed, a harmful practice that can cause lifelong physical and behavioral problems. Our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, combo tested, dewormed and microchipped.
