Duchess's Story

Duchess had a terrible start to her life. She was found in a Wal-Mart parking lot covered in lice, a mouth full of rotten teeth and a broken tail. Shes estimated to be around 4 years old and almost didn’t make it to 5. Thankfully, she was caught and is now living a great life in foster care but would really love the purrrfect furrrever home. She’s had most of her tail removed, her lice has been treated and her teeth have all been removed and is finally, for the first time in her life, spoiled and loved. Duchess is very shy and would do best in a quiet home with mature adults where she can be a lap cat. Once she is comfortable, she’s an incredible snuggler whose purrr is endless. She will need follow up vet care for her mouth from time to time to make sure it isn’t causing an issue but if you’re looking for the smallest, sweetest lap cat- she’s your girl.
