Dublin

Dublin is a dapper gentleman that prefers the refined life. There's nothing like a spot in front of a window on a heating pad or in front of a fire to make him a happy camper. But his stuff is his stuff, and that's that. There's no sharing for this guy.<br/><br/>In all seriousness, Dublin came to us a mess. He had mats covering 95% of his body that were tangled down to his skin so badly that he had sores. He had even been on the go for so long that he has calluses on his feet. It has taken him a bit to start packing on some weight, and so far in a month he has gained a pound! He has a few to go before he's in the condition that we'd like to see him in, but he'd be best settling into a permanent home that understands his needs rather than being in a foster home with other kitties. <br/><br/>Dublin would really prefer to be an only cat. Our guess is that he had to learn how to be territorial while he was outside, and that's okay. It was a defense mechanism.
