Dr. Doofenshmirtz? Really? The Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz character in the animated Disney series, “Phineas and Ferb” is an “evil” guy, isn’t he? “Doof” means “silly” in German, and my foster mom seemed to think I was quite silly at times. I am one of three kittens who came to Paws and Claws from another rescue in June with our mama Isabella. We were very young, so we went to stay in a foster home. I do some things that look kind of goofy. According to my foster mom, I can walk on my hind legs while trying to scare a toy on the floor! I also do rolls and somersaults with any object I find so that the item catapults into the air for my siblings and me to enjoy. I like wetting my paw in the water dish to wash myself too. My foster mom also said that of the three of us kittens, I was the most affectionate to the foster family. All of kittens have been handled by children, both young kids and teenagers. We were introduced to dogs, but the dogs were nervous! Like my siblings, I use the litter box perfectly. I sometimes attacked toes under the blankets and preferred sleeping in a pile rather than stretched out. Can openers? Oh, yes, I recognize that sound!
