Doug, age 5, is a big, handsome guy who is still adjusting to life in the shelter. In his first few weeks, he would hide and cry softly in his kennel. He is beginning to accept head pets and likes to listen to people talking to him. Doug arrived at the shelter with his sister Sophie, age 7, who is also available. Doug would make a great companion for someone who is ready to take their time and to be the human that Doug can count on. Maybe that's you!
