Dorothy's Story

Meet Dorothy!

Dorothy is a very sweet girl who can be quite shy at first but is gaining confidence every day with the help of her foster siblings. She is a very playful kitty who is quite self sufficient and will occupy her time with her toys. While she's not quite ready to be a lap cat she's showing signs of wanting affection such as rubbing up against her fosterer's legs and is now comfortable being pet if bribed with treats. We're sure that with patience she'll be your bestie in no time.

Dorothy loves other cats! She wins even the grumpiest cat over. She would do really well with a confident, playful, gentle cat (or two) to help her feel safe in her new home.

Dorothy has also been tested with the resident dog in her foster home and while she's still a little unsure of him she will comfortably lay in the same room.

Dorothy has been examined by a veterinarian, spayed, FVRCP vaccinated, flea-treated, dewormed, and microchipped. She is looking for an indoor-only home.
