At about 5 months old, Dodo has already had quite the start to life. She came from a large colony we discovered while working on a TNR project. What initially seemed like a few cats quickly turned into a much bigger situation. Thankfully, Dodo was young enough that returning to colony life didn't have to be her future.<br/><br/>Dodo is still cautious when she's around new people or in a new environment, but she tends to warm up much quicker than some of our other former outdoor cats. Give her a little time to make sure everything is safe, and you'll start seeing her sweet, playful personality come out.<br/><br/>And once Dodo decides it's playtime, she's all in! She loves playing, exploring, and getting into all the normal kitten shenanigans you'd expect from a 5 month old. She's quickly learning that being a house cat means she gets to spend a lot less time worrying about survival and a lot more time having fun.<br/><br/>Having grown up surrounded by other cats and dogs, Dodo would likely do great in a home with feline friends.
