Dobby (bonded with Mercedes)

Dobby is an incredibly handsome deaf white cat around one year old. He was not raised with other cats and cannot hear hisses and growls, so he often misses social cues from other animals. He strongly prefers the company of female cats, and can be aggressive with other male cats. He can have a rough playstyle, which intimidates some other cats. He has lived with a small dog, but seems intimidated by medium-sized or larger dogs.<br/><br/>Dobby is quite outgoing with people, and has enjoyed going on outings in his secure and fully-enclosed stroller in his foster home. Loud noises (of course) don't affect him, and he loves going around Lowe's and watching people. He is bonded with his foster friend Mercedes, who is a very shy and scared young cat, and he brings out the best in her.
