Dixie is a beautiful and healthy 11-year-old dilute orange female. She has been an indoor only cat and an only pet for the past 8 years. Her people passed away and she needs a new beginning. She is not a fan of having cat friends, you will be sufficient, although a mellow dog might be ok with her.<br/><br/>Dixie is very sweet and inquisitive, but she can also be very shy... She cuddles after getting to know you. She likes to press the top of her head against you when you are sitting on the couch or lying in bed. If the latter she will lie on top of one arm. She loves to be chased, play with favorite balls, and loves her wand toy. Dixie also loves ear rubs, scritches on her back (she has involuntary elevator butt), and massages with the blue grooming glove.
