Dillon's Story
Dillon is a gorgeous gray and white two-year-old tuxedo boy. He loves other animals but is a little skittish around people. He's looking for an adopter who will accept him for just who he is.

When he came to us initially he had a shoulder injury for which he was prescribed a steroid. He is currently on a small dose of Prednisone every other day for maintenance and it is working great while his vet evaluates a longer-term solution. Now that his shoulder has healed, he is much more relaxed about rubbing up against his foster mom, and she occasionally can gently pet him. He does not like to be picked up. He will need to find an adopter who understands he is a doll AND needs his space except when he chooses to come close.

Dillon is very social with and loves the dogs and cats in his foster home. He chirps and meows when looking for one of the other resident cats when he goes into another room. We think he would be sad without at least one other cat in the home.

He is silly and loves his toys. Dillon has stolen more than one dog toy and taken it back to the room where he sleeps to play with it! He loves watching birds and butterflies out the window and would do great in a home with other friendly cats and cat friendly dogs. He is just a big Goofball who needs a second chance. Could it be with you?
